Vivienne E Bretherwick
Vivienne E. Bretherick is a mental health and personal support worker who lives with her family in Oshawa, Ontario. She is an enthusiastic gardener, amateur photographer, and a writer. As an active member of The Writers Community of Durham Region (WCDR), she has published poetry in their journal and has been awarded a writing scholarship for a short story submission. Her creative non-fiction story, “Grounded” appeared in the bestselling
compilation Nineteen Tales of COVID-19: A Collection of Fiction and NonFiction from the First Days of the Pandemic and her work was
shortlisted in Women on Writing, an online journal. Vivienne has
also published several articles on mental health
in professional journals.
She enjoys travelling and is currently working on a novel based on
her experiences growing up in the southwest of England.
